Pop Quiz: Case Series 2--Cataract Surgery

This 58-year-old presents for cataract surgery. They currently wear glasses and RGP contact lenses with a refraction OD: -8.75 -2.00 x 40  20/40-  and OS -9.00 -1.25 x 135  20/50-.  The above topography was taken after RGP discontinuation and ocular surface optimization. The patient is interested in spectacle independence. Keratometry measurements for OS are about 2.62D @ 9 on topography and 3.59D at 6 on biometry.
