Use of mini-scleral lenses in patients with keratoconus resulted in a statistically significant visual improvement, according to a study.

In this prospective, interventional study, VA and visual functioning of 89 eyes of 50 patients with keratoconus were examined to determine the effects of mini-scleral lenses.
