Dry Eyeland, a website dedicated to US healthcare professionals, takes users on a trip through the eye to explore the negative impact of loss of homeostasis of the tear film.
From the ocular surface through the connected neural systems and to the components of tear film, users learn about the pathways regulating tear film homeostasis, major tear classifications, and what contributes to the signs and symptoms of dry eye.
