Natasha Kolomeyer

Natasha Nayak Kolomeyer, MD is a Glaucoma Specialist at the Wills Eye Hospital. She also serves as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Kolomeyer has been the recipient of numerous awards and grants throughout her career. These include the Achievement Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology; the Mentoring for the Advancement of Physician Scientists grant as well as the Healthcare Policy Leadership Development grant from the American Glaucoma Society; the Resident Excellence Award and Resident Research grant from the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery; and The Chairman’s Award for Academic Honors and Distinction from the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Kolomeyer is the author of numerous book chapters and peer-reviewed publications and serves on committees for the American Glaucoma Society, American Academy of Ophthalmology, Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, and the Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Kolomeyer is passionate about providing patient-centered care, as well as refining glaucoma diagnosis and medical and surgical management through clinical research and education.
