Anterior Segment is Focus of New 2-Day Virtual Summit Series

Posted on

Ophthalmology 360 Virtual Summit Series attendees will experience 2 full days of practical education with recommendations on how to implement key findings in practice and at the point of care.

Co-chairs Eric D. Donnenfeld, MD, who was recently named “America’s Best Eye Doctor 2021” by Newsweek, and Lisa M. Nijm MD, JD, bring a deep understanding of topics that are important to ophthalmologists and optometrists today, which is reflected in the series agenda. In addition to their co-chair duties, Dr Donnenfeld will present a session on “Drug Delivery for the Anterior Segment Surgeon” while Dr Nijm will tackle a discussion on pharmaceutical treatment options for presbyopia.

Renowned specialists, including Marguerite B. McDonald, MD, FACS, David F. Chang, MD, and more, round out this virtual event’s robust Faculty.

The Virtual Summit Series explores comprehensive clinical updates, practical patient management guidance, and unique peer perspectives on the Anterior Segment, ranging from issues surrounding the cornea and ocular surface to treatment strategies for cataracts, presbyopia, and glaucoma.

Continuing medical education (CME)/continuing education (CE) and COPE accreditation is available for ophthalmologists and optometrists.

The event is hosted by Ophthalmology 360® and The North American Center for Continuing Medical Education (NACCME). NACCME is one of the largest health care medical educational organizations in the world, with more than 30 years of experience in event management and production, educational design and strategy, marketing, and customer service.

The Ophthalmology 360 Virtual Summit Series will take place virtually, March 17-18, 2022.
